Via the appointment form: the details you enter (name, contact, message). Via WhatsApp: the data you send us. Analytics: anonymised browsing data (page views, source).

Your data is used only to answer your request, arrange an appointment and improve the site. The legal basis is your consent and the clinic’s legitimate interest in replying to you.

We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to understand how the site is used. No health data is sent to these tools. You can refuse analytics cookies via the consent banner.

The site offers a chat assistant. To produce its reply, your messages are sent to Anthropic (United States), the provider of the AI model. The practice does not archive these conversations: only your appointment request, if you make one, is stored (name, phone, reason, availability) so that we can call you back. The assistant provides information but makes no diagnosis: do not share detailed medical information with it.

Your medical data (records, X-rays, treatments) is managed in the clinic’s secure software and never passes through this website.

Under the GDPR (EU visitors) and Moroccan law 09-08, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its use, by writing to cabinetdentairedrimad@gmail.com.

The site and forms are hosted by Netlify (USA). Requests received are kept only as long as needed, then deleted.
